Counter Culture Frozen Yogurt Southern Loop

The restaurant had a modern and spotless appearance. The staff was friendly and courteous. The Humphreys offer a delightful experience that feels like true happiness in a cup, featuring local ingredients like Hummer and Sons honey and fresh strawberries. If you haven't tried one yet, you're truly missing out!

The restaurant does not utilize an intercom system, which means you have to place your order at the window. This can be quite time-consuming, especially if you're at the back of the line, as your order can't be started until you reach the window. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and attentive. However, I found the attire to be unprofessional; it would be better if they chose clothing that is more suitable for a service environment. Not everyone appreciates that kind of display.

I absolutely adore this place! It's immaculate, the service is quick and friendly, and you can't go wrong with Humphrey Yogurt—especially with blueberries added!

I recently had some fantastic avocado sandwiches at this restaurant. They were a bit pricey at the time, costing $7, but they were made with delicious large slices of multigrain bread filled with generous portions of avocado, bean sprouts, tomato, and lettuce. Now, however, the price has gone up to just under $10. Unfortunately, the quality has diminished. The bread now seems to be the same small, honey wheat slices you can find in any store, and the sandwich contains barely any avocado, bean sprouts, and only a few small pieces of tomato. There's an abundance of grated cheese at the bottom of the tray. It's disappointing to see a reasonable price increase accompanied by such a drop in quality! My visit was on April 20, 2023, around 6:45 PM.
