Subway - Shorter

Hard bread, sandwich was basically inedible, it's like eating a brick. Thought about getting cookies but there were several flies in the container with the cookies. Things were also not stocked/ not many topping options available. Spent about $9.50 for a 6 inch brick. They talked about closing due to running out of bread, doesn't seem to be a 24 hour place; it seems that they just decided not to make bread and was trying to get rid of all the old bread to leave early Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Not the most pleasant experience Customer service was below standard

Closes at 11 pm. At 10 pm a sign is up saying back in 30 minutes So sorry I couldn 't try any food because no one was working. Ridiculous to expect drivers to be able to wait around. Looks like you need to hire more or better employees. Service: 1

The wait time was long (more than 20mins total) which I understand because it was busy, but I digress. The manager was rude and kept complaining because he needed a break to smoke. They were out of chicken and we had to wait for it to cook and he toasted the sandwich it without asking,which I didn't want. They were out of 2 of the 3 meats for the cold cut and mayo so I just got bologna with mustard. In the middle of making the sandwich the manager just walked away and let someone else finish it. I wasn't given a receipt. They didn't even have the right lids to fit my drink cup. I've had bad experiences, but never this bad. I would've spoken to the manager but he obviously was more worried about smoking. Also, another customer in line ordered a cheese pizza and they put extra cheese on it. When he said he didn't want it, they told him he had to pay anyway. I will never return to this location after the way we were treated.
