I mean, if you haven't been there you're missing out. Maybe the best Italian beefs around, if not the best definitely the top 3. Very fast. Don't be discouraged by the car line that wraps around the building. They really do a great job of moving that line thru. Chopped salads are excellent. Chicago style hot dogs and beefs are a staple of the Midwest. Get it wet with hot peppers or go home. And the chocolate cake is also amazing, surprisingly. Kid-friendliness: Nice loud and wide open seating. Kids are not a problem to dine with here.

My friends and I were out in the area.Had a haunted corn maze.... Is when we google a place to eat Portillos came up.... And there was no debate on where to go next....P.S.... Your chocolate shapes are delicious ! ! ! Thanks Again ?

Always enjoy when get.to.stop there. Need.one in Southern Illinois.

Fries undercooked and cold and it looked it was the end of the bag and all small pieces.... I got the sausage and Italian combo and tasted burnt and whole sandwich just fell apart. Definitely seen why I had stopped coming here.... paid of 54 dollars and Definitely didn't feel like it was worth the price.... to be honest I think they are overpriced.

One of the things I loved about portillos us how it feels like family busines ,connection w people but now they put this skip the line machines and removed the beautiful booths ,saving money on people replacing for machines ,bad bad bad portillos .
