Chili's Grill - Shorewood

I really enjoyed it here! eating was really good, and looked very pleasing, and the waitress was very energetic, happy and helpful. my only complaining is that one of the meal times did not taste as good as before. except that it was great! (for anyone who wonders the pictures with a note20 ultra)

I go to this chili often their service and eat never fail to impress me! I'm usually served by scotty or michael, and they're both very friendly and yet humorous. they're safe to eat fast...taste...so...good! I always leave full and satisfied. I am not sure about the experiences of other people, but I often find myself coming back to this place! I give the staff and the administration a lot. good work, people.

We stopped eating here. we ordered the two for 25 special. they had a nice choice to choose from the menu. what we ordered was delicious and hot to order directly from the kitchen. the service was very good, our waiter was attentive, friendly, professional.

Never lets us down. Been coming to this location for over 10 years. We have never jad a bad experience. Food is always fresh and delicious. Many of the servers know my daughters order by heart. How many other 10 year old girls order a steak dinner off the regular menu every time they go...?

Good food and service. We ordered off the two for $25 menu. I had the chicken fajitas and my wife had the cajun shrimp pasta. We shared an app and dessert. We also had a couple of drinks from the bar which were well made and reasonably priced. Like others have said they are short staffed but that didn't effect our meal. I've spent 30 years in food service and never seen a dining room intentionally left half empty because of not enough staff. People say it's going to get better, but I'm not so sure.
