Domino's Pizza - Shoreline

We ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have consistently experienced excellent customer service that gets the job done quickly! However, today we faced an issue with the online mobile order that didn't work, and there was a miscommunication regarding our phone order. When we arrived to pick up our order, we discovered it had not been placed at all. CJ went above and beyond to ensure our order was entered correctly and provided the friendliest service. He even handmade some items for us, which were absolutely delicious! Despite the scorching 100-degree weather and a busy staff, I was thoroughly impressed with how this situation was handled. Thank you for making our Domino's experience a positive one; I hope you receive the recognition you truly deserve!

Dad! John's let me down, but Domino's came to the rescue. The app from the other place gave me an order number that meant nothing to the cashier at PJ's when my order went missing. So, I left, sat in my car, re-ordered from Domino's, and headed over. My pizza was ready when I got there! The place was busy, but I was met with smiles and great service. Thank you, Domino's, for saving my dinner and my Saturday night!

Haven't been to a Domino's for 20+years. Didn't like the crust. Now, they have options and yum! This location was very clean. Employee was very friendly. Even has some seating which is rare for pizza places now. The thin crust is great! Easy to find and get in/out of. Only issue, website wasn't the most user friendly, but figured it out.
