U:don Fresh Japanese Noodle Station

I have never been to a restaurant that serves food as quickly as this one. They prepare the food first and then immediately bring it to the customer.

I really enjoy the shrimp and octopus balls at this restaurant because the sauce is delicious. The noodles are also tasty, but I found the food to be a bit too cold for my liking.

Delicious udon noodles and an all-you-can-eat tempura buffet are offered at this restaurant.

Great for a rainy day and probably any other day. Good meat and seafood oriented options. I had the seasonal udon: a hot kimchi pork calamari soup.

Lovely spot for fresh udon on a chilly day I had the kake udon soup with shrimp, kabocha squash, and eggplant tempura. I also tried the Japanese caramel pudding, which was delicious, but a little more like crème brûlée texture. Prices were decently priced for the portion sizes. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Seattle!
