Subway - Sherwood Park

Just ordered 3 subs on the app. All 3 were brutal. Wrong bread on all of them. All of them not toasted. Barely any toppings when asked for more and asked for even more in the special instructions. One of the subs even had a 2 long, thick, bannana pepper stem. Hope the manager gets the employees in line. With so many subways around I will choose another one for the next order.

We came here from out of town and were over charged when we hit no tip. When we confronted the person at the counter he told us there was “nothing he can do” and “it is tips, i cant refund it”. We will never be returning to this location and urge others not to go here

Need to work on customer services. Go to this location every few weeks and it’s the same thing every time, rude and rushy. food is good tho.

Very nice and friendly staff! Even when they messed up my order once I was contacted by someone to fix it within a couple hours. Would recommend giving this location a try!

Called to ask if they had baked potatoe soup, they replied yes LOTS. I drove there over my lunch break within 5min of the call to be told on arrival they sold out. Waste of my time and clearly have no customer service, as they said you should have put it on hold . Well, you didnt offer, nor I didn 't think I had to when told there was 'lots ' and I was within minutes of arrival.
