Royal Pizza - Sherwood Park

Tgis 8s for the Sherwood Park location. I ordered a steak and it came severely undercooked. They took it and brought it back up dercooked again, and the waiter asked if I wanted a new steak or a discount. I asked for a discount. When the bill arrived I was charged in full due to the refusal of the manager who was unwilling to offer any sort of a discount. We won't be back due to the poor service by the manager failing to acknowledge his kitchen's mistake. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AS THE MANAGER SCREWS OVER HIS CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE TELLING ALL FRUENDS TO AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

We come here at least once a month for take out and never have any issues. Tonight i ordered at 7:15 PM. Told 1/2 hr to pick up. 7:55 PM after sittng ther for 20 mins im told my order is just getting made. Finally left at 8:15 and pizza was cold. Usually love these guys. I drive out from the city to SP to get our order and im not sure if that will ever happen again. Thanks for the comp of desert.

First time ordering from Royal for our son's birthday party and everyone had good things to say about the pizzas! We'll come back again.

Had a great experience, food was delicious and hot, service was great!

My parents adore this place because the manager always remembers them and it means a lot to me when they tell me every time.
