Quesada Burritos Tacos - Sherwood Park

Great service every time I go. For the first time I said it was the first time and they helped me with the menu. Always fast!

I rarely share my experiences, but I feel that this is justified. I went in shortly after lunch, a woman was clean. Great! Then she went on to cleanse, I waited as if I wasn't there at all. She went back to wash her hands, saw me in the eyes, I said hello! Nothing. She came back and seemed frustrated with me. I asked a question about salsa and she understood me briefly. I pushed the first part, but the second one you are rude, and that was what I was done, I told her I didn't want it and explained why. That was my first visit to this facility and was excited to have a place so close to work? Well, I'm going to RETURN! The food can bring people in, but the customer service keeps them back.

The food was decent, with a good amount of spices. However, the service was not very pleasant. The staff made minimal effort to engage with us, and the server seemed unfriendly and uninterested in serving us. I don't think I'll be returning, as I didn't feel like my business was appreciated. There are plenty of other places, like Donair and Shawarma, that show genuine appreciation for their customers and offer better value for money compared to what we received at Quesada.

Place looks great from the site, but the service was terrible. Rice was very boiled. I appreciate the vegan options, but I wouldn't go back

I dine at this restaurant frequently since I work nearby, especially on Taco Tuesdays! The staff member named Vail (I’m not sure about the spelling) is always very friendly whenever I stop by. The tacos and burritos are consistently delicious!
