Cena Catering Meals To Go

We used Cena for our wedding and had a great experience! We got a lot of compliments on how good the food was and everyone had plenty to eat! The were there on time and ready to go and the staff was friendly and professional. Kim attended herself and was able to help some people with dietary concerns figure out what they could have. We can not recommend Cena enough! Thank you Kim and your team at Cena!

Cena Catering has served Trans Mountain for several years. Notably, they have catered our Annual Safety BBQ for over 10 years and continue to provide great service and food. Highly recommend!

Had a family reunion last weekend Cena catered their Mexican fiesta meal for our group the owner explained how detailed and particular their caterers are had me check out their instagram post to see what to expect etc before I committed.I believe everyone was disappointed and personally I was rather embarrassed in the quality and quantity of food provided.Their set up was very poorly done nothing at all like their instagram post. The owner responded by telling me When it comes to events like this some staff are more gifted than others in creativity and if she would have been there she expects it would have been much more pleasing .Prior to the event, I had exchanged emails with Kim regarding the amount of food I told her I would not want to run out. I even increased the number of adults a few days prior as we had 5 late RSVP 's. There was not enough food provided for the number of people at our event the main course was one ½ full tray of taco beef and one ½ full tray of chicken We ran out of taco beef early on. I asked the staff immediately at the beginning if there would be more meat as it was clear that would not be enough and was told no but they had some toppings they could refill. The two staff on site were polite but not super attentive had to ask them to refill condiments, napkins, plates etc.Out of 55 adults, no compliments of the food or caterers was passed on.Not good value at all for the price $30/person plus 18% gratuity total charge for our group was just over $2K .I would not never recommend the mexican fiesta meal from CENA. I can 't speak to the rest of their menu as this was the first time I had used them and frankly the last . The owner tells me that the head count for kids under 12 is what threw things off and going forward they will now charge for all children we had EXACTLY 55 adults at meal time 12 years and older which we paid for and the additional children 7 in total were mainly 4 years old and under which I was instructed not to include by the owner .No compensation was offered basically I was told too bad and she told me ways they would improve in the future. Not helpful to our situation at all. Terrible customer service.

This is our first time We had dinner catered to us , for a Birthday dinner ,It was Delicious!!We had the oven roasted chicken with mango Salsa ,rice an Amazing mandarin cinnamon toasted almond Salad .I will definitely be back to order dinner again !Thank You Kim for you your amazing Team !Marita Bonko
