Eggsquis - Sherbrooke

I've visited this restaurant multiple times over the years, but my most recent experience was quite disappointing. The Eggs Benedict seemed like the sauce had been made yesterday and just reheated today. The English muffins were soggy, and the presentation of the dish looked haphazard. Additionally, some of the waitstaff were using foul language while chatting with each other, which created a less-than-professional atmosphere. It felt as if there was no one managing the situation. This might be my last visit, as there are better options elsewhere.

The restaurant is spotless and has a wonderful ambiance. Parking is ample, and it is easily accessible for wheelchairs.

I dined here this morning and had a great experience with the service. There were a few hiccups, but the staff was very accommodating and resolved everything promptly. I will definitely be coming back!

Update on December 30: I visited again today with my family and everything was perfect. We had a wonderful waitress who was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing! The best breakfast in Sherbrooke!

The service is consistently excellent, and we never feel rushed to leave. The food is outstanding. Our waitress, Marie Anne, was very kind and attentive.
