Three Bridges Coffeehouse - Shelton

I recently came in and ordered a bagel with butter and an iced vanilla latte. The vanilla latte had a very harsh taste and the coffee grounds were floating at the bottom of my latte. I was most disappointed by my bagel with butter. After eating half I noticed the butter had a blue cheese taste to it, like it had been moldy or sitting out for way too long. Also, the bagel wasn't toasted at all and honestly it wasn't the first time I've been here and the bagel wasn't toasted correctly. A great atmosphere but after sitting in there for an hour I felt like my nose was runny and kept blowing my nose. Pretty disappointing considering I am a local resident and look forward to my morning coffee. Pricey too for the quality.

When entering this place it felt very comfy and had very cute decor. however the barista was very unprofessional and rude. It feels like a burden when asking for small things .. i left this place very disappointed : will not be

First, I would like to state that whoever runs the social media page does a great job. I have been looking for cute local coffee shops near me and was excited to try this place out. However, from the moment we walked in we had an unwelcoming demeanor from the barista. The barista then forgot to add the milk that was paid for, resulting in a disappointing drink. When we went back to ask for it, we were blamed that we weren’t clear enough even though the screen displayed we had paid for it. Additionally, the burnt espresso beans affected the taste and the pastries were very stale. Moreover, the prices were on the higher side, considering the quality of the coffee and the overall experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone. This coffee shop needs significant improvements in its ambiance, service, and coffee quality to be considered a worthy place to visit.

When we walked in it was empty and there was no music or talking at all. Already a red flag. We got our coffees and pastries and when we opened the bag there was blue mold all over the muffin. The coffee was very subpar as well which wouldn’t have received a bad review if not for the moldy food.

Very cute inside with nice clothes to look at and board games to play. Also nice study spot.
