This is a fantastic venue for a catered event! The food was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was perfect, making for a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

My husband and I hosted a rehearsal dinner here on Thursday 9/14/23, on the Sky Terrace. Everyone loved everything, the food the ambiance and the location. All of the food was delicious. Everyone especially enjoyed their famous meatballs! The service and level of attentiveness from the manager, Lou, Jenna, our bartender/lead server and her assistant, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, was amazing. The cost was very reasonable.I would highly recommend an event here. Dietary restrictions: They were very good about accommodating our guest who needed gluten free diet. This is our favorite place in Shelton. The owner consistently strives to enhance the food, service, and atmosphere. We’re glad we discovered Caloroso and look forward to many more delightful meals here.
