Dunkin' - Shelton

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts located at 733 Bridgeport Ave in Shelton, CT, and unfortunately, the menu screen was out of service during my visit.

The service was slow, inefficient, and overall quite poor. Several diners had to wait 10-15 minutes for just 2-3 ordered items. Inside, there were 4-5 staff members who seemed to do very little and could have been more attentive. Additionally, they conveniently do not provide their reception number for checking in via the app.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 15 minutes for two ice creams, and when the order was incorrect, the staff member just shrugged it off and walked away. It was disappointing.

Usually a great coffee and breakfast. I don't know what happened today. worst coffee ever asked for caramel vertebrae, regular cream and sugar. it tastes like only the cream has been added. no caramel and no sugar. I'll try again, but go inside.

Place used to be a very fast acurate service. Staff was changed and service is poor orders are wrong 90% of the time and they are very slow. I kniwn to spend 25 mins. On the drivethru just to get to my job and either have the wrong order or my stuff is not done right.
