Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shelton

You can't go wrong with Chipotle when you're in search of a quick and convenient meal.

They serve great food, it’s always fresh, and the customer service is excellent.

The restaurant stores mobile orders behind the counter rather than on a shelf, which means you have to wait for someone to notice you. This can take a few minutes, especially during busy times. Updated from my previous review on November 9, 2023.

I had a disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Shelton, and it happened three times in a row. They were consistently out of the meats I wanted. Why include them on the menu if they're not available? For instance, I encountered the same issue with the chicken and steak every time. I ended up leaving without placing an order each time. It's incredibly frustrating! Three strikes and you're out! The franchise owner and corporate should take note of this.

Okay! I never crippled, so I should cook here and tell my opinion to tell you something. I don't like this special chipotle! the customer service is absolutely the worst. I had to order my food twice! both of them were terrible. the first time I ordered from uber, my entire order was wrong. I ordered the order to be correct this time. I got it and the order was right this time, except I don't remember the order of flying in my burrito. I'm so upset with this business. better people!
