Subway - Shawnee

This was my first visit to this particular subway and I HAD TWO.FOOTLONGS STEAK MELTS AND A COOKIE. The sandwiches were wonderful love that cheese bread is SO GOOD I will visit here again because of the SERVICE TWO YOUNG MEN SEEMED TO BE HAPPY TO HELP ME and made no remarks about MY OBVIOUS GLUTTONY and if I could have sat down to eat instead of in my car I would give this 5 stars because the place looked SPOTLESS

New menu in place, but flexible much like before. Good food good service.

Got 2 stars for being clean but the service itself is 1 star. Multiple times ive been left waiting in the drivethru for 10+ minutes when there aren’t many cars in the lot and no one responds when asked if they are still there. The last 5 times ive gone ive ordered online and added avocado (an extra cost) and it has yet to be on my sandwich. Which no one tells me till I find out when I get home. If you’re out you’re out but not telling the customer that the extra money they spent is going nowhere is unacceptable. This place used to be really good, quality service, quality sandwiches but for the last 2 years it’s been going steadily downhill. I won’t be returning anymore this location has been given too many chances.

There was a new employee and he was polite and punctual. my sandwich was very good and they gave me extra sauce on the side without change. my only complaining is that it was very hot.

Clean and fresh space with a lot of distance between tables. the personal had masks and was fast and friendly. rarely overcrowded. cookies freshly baked before site. added a star because they had a drive through and it seemed fast to move. visible from the main road, but they have to go to the side roads to the charging entrance.
