Applebee's Grill - Shawnee

I really love these applebees, but it seemed to go downhill, where they just don't care anymore. it is sad when they order takeout and they can not even manage to get a meal right. my family and I eat here a few times a month.

That was great. I have to give the staff 5 stars. covid was hard on any business, but this applebee felt like normal normal not new normal, although there was only one server that the personal has pulled together to treat a busy amount and I never had to wait more than a few seconds to get attention or service. great job! google asked me how much I spent $30-50. I therefore want to be clear that I am an overweight person who does work. I eat enough to stuff 3 thin people and every bite it was worth. ?

It was not very busy, but matt at the bar offered excellent service and quickly recognized me when I sat down. excellent service.

Server was very nice and gave me refills very frequently. She seemed to be the only one working at lunch time but was very prompt about getting to people. My food came out well and my steak was exactly the way I ordered it. However, the table was really sticky and I noticed there was a smell when I came in. Other than the hygiene being a little off, and my silly mistake of putting A1 steak sauce on my steak when I don't really like it, it was a good trip!. I would definitely recommend this Applebee's among all others

Ally B was the only server today, during the lunch rush, and she was phenomenal! For there only being one waitress and a lot of tables, she held it down. Very impressive! Give her a huge bonus!
