Dunkin' - Seymour

I went to get my usual order at 11:30, and they informed me that they were out of espresso. Keep in mind, this is a coffee shop that stays open until 10 PM. They simply told me they couldn't make my drink because they had run out and didn't offer any alternatives. I'm really disappointed; I live right nearby, and it seems that every time I visit, there’s always an issue. Food rating: 1/5.

Moreover, the website lists certain drinks that I was informed have been discontinued. If that's the case, it would be beneficial to update the website to reflect that information. On a positive note, the parking lot is well-maintained.

It seems that many of the reviews here are not specific to this location. Dunkin' has been my favorite for over 30 years, so I was excited to visit this new spot. I went in on Saturday, and it was incredibly busy. Keep in mind that this location has only recently opened, so they are still getting settled. However, I was surprised to see only one person at the counter assisting customers, despite having a large staff present. This resulted in a long line of customers waiting to be served. The interior was clean and organized, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the donut selection. You would expect a donut shop to offer a wide variety of donuts, but that wasn’t the case here. On a positive note, the best donuts I tried were the Chocolate Cream and Vanilla Cream flavors. For improvements, I suggest increasing the number of staff at the counter to better serve customers. Additionally, it would be great to see more options for filled donuts, such as strawberry-filled (not jelly-filled). As for parking, it was extremely busy, with limited spots available. In some cases, customers had to wait for an open space. Overall, I hope this location can enhance its service and selection in the future!

Every time I've visited this Dunkin', I've placed my order ahead of time using the mobile app, yet I still end up waiting over 10 minutes for my items. My coffee is consistently cold when I pick it up. The cashiers lack professionalism; during my visit on April 12, 2023, a young girl working the drive-thru chose to discuss customers as they came through, and she even used inappropriate language while talking about her best friend. Dunkin', you need to address this issue.

The service could greatly improve if employees took their punctuality more seriously, especially in the case of someone named Courtney, whose frequent lateness has caused frustration. One of the biggest challenges in the service industry is the lack of a strong work ethic when it comes to arriving on time and being consistent.
