Essence Coffee Roasters - Sequim

I visited the shop several times...Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff! I live in Mississippi and buy all my coffee by subscription from Essence and it is always on time and perfectly roasted. ?

I have seen this coffee shop for over a year and finally stopped in! I wish I had sooner! This is my new favorite spot in Sequim, the coffee is unlike anything else in this area. It is crafted to perfection. The sweet treats are equally as perfect and delicious. Love this place!

Nice coffee shop with friendly staff. I liked the vibe. It was surprisingly crowded late morning on a weekday. My friend enjoyed her pour over, my drip was decent. My preference is a dark roast, but they only have light roast coffees here. So I am probably not a good judge of the coffee. First visit so we didn't know what to expect.The scone and oatmeal raisin cookies were good. There was a very tiny case with treats on the counter that didn't allow for much variety or selection.Overall, it was a good experience, just not my type of coffee.

Without a doubt, the absolute best craft coffee on the west side of the water. The roaster REALLY knows his business and does the beans justice. Love the seasonal menus as well as the regular favorites. Just damn good coffee.

Essence has the most delicious hot coffee I have had! The atmosphere is so calming it makes it hard to leave. The service is great! I love that the walls are filled with beautiful photographs of local places, it makes you have the true PNW feel. Every time I have gone it has been a great experience. Highly recommend 10/10!
