Contribuiți la feedbackWe discovered this place too late! The lunch time menu varies every day and you get a soup, main dish, soft drink and a coffee for The food is good for a nice lunch. Best is to go with a Portuguese speaker as the...staff the days we were there were not speaking English.
We went on a group of people and had a meal that they had chosen for us. It was absolutely great. The food was amazing. It was hot and tasty. It surprised me. I didn’t think the service would be good when I saw...the way the tables were arranged. But they managed to serve us well and we always had drinks. Definitely recommend.
Had a lovely pasta at this restaurant near the beach of Porto, Mattison. Restaurant has a nice atmospher and a small turtle pool. Personal is very attentive.
Mixed among the various Seafood restaurants of Matosinhos, the Queda d'Agua restaurant offers good food, but probably not the best you'll find in the area. I visited the restaurant with a gift coupon and only payed for extra drinks and desert. In these categories, the...prices are similar to what you'll find in other restaurants. With this type of coupon, I was able to select one of four different dishes. I chose Lulas a Setubalense' which is basically deep fried squid in seafood sauce, accompanied with sauteed vegetables and cooked potatoes. The other selected option was the Secretos de Porco basically grilled pork. Both dishes are served complete on the plate, which means the serving is final. The food was good, but didn't leave your mouth watering for more. Desert was also good, but nothing spectacular. Regarding the space, I felt it was dimly lit. I'm not sure if this is constant, but if so, they could definitely bring up the quantity of light in the room. The more positive aspect was the service; we were promptly attended and served by kind people.
