Contribuiți la feedbackI traveled 10 weeks in Central America and this is the hostel I liked most. they are surrounded by beautiful nature, the construction of the hostel itself is really beautiful (the dormitory is great! and the volunteers and guests who stay there are super friendly. it is also nice not to worry about eating, the menu is completely vegeterian (can be adjusted to vegan, gluten-free). Just remember that 's in the middle of nowhere and that it will take a while to get there (they usually go in the back of a pick-up truck). there are no shops close, so store them with some snacks if they want. it is worth going there. they are planning more than one night. I would say at least 3 so that they can fully enjoy nature and relax.
During my 10-week trip to Central America, I found the hostel in the midst of beautiful nature to be my favorite. The hostel itself is beautifully constructed, with great dormitories. The volunteers and guests were friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is completely vegetarian, with options for vegan and gluten-free diets. However, keep in mind that the hostel is quite remote and it may take some time to get there, usually by riding in the back of a pick-up truck. There are no shops nearby, so be sure to bring snacks if needed. Despite the remote location, it is definitely worth visiting for a few nights to fully enjoy the nature and relaxation. I recommend staying for at least 3 nights.
This restaurant is one of our favorite places to stay in Mexico and Guatemala so far. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming. Although it is 100% vegetarian, they were able to easily accommodate a vegan request for dinner. The food was delicious during our visit, and the setting and staff were fantastic. It was a bit disappointing that they are not 100% vegan, considering their ethos and the good work they do. However, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have booked an extra night.
