Holiday Inn Selma-swancourt, An Ihg

I checked out on Saturday, June 25, 2022, and left my HomePod mini speaker behind. When I called the hotel, they said they hadn’t found anything, but I’m certain I left it right next to the television by the lamp. Because of this experience, I can't recommend this location. Theft is a huge deal breaker for me when it comes to hotels.

However, due to the hotel's location near Highway 99, if you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a room facing away from the road. I managed to sleep comfortably with just an earplug in. A tip for visitors: there are food bags available at the reception to feed the ducks at the lovely pond, and it's delightful to watch them chase the fish. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

Good location, right off the freeway, closer to many stores restaurants. Good customer service, rooms are well maintained but the internet service is really bad. If you are planning on staying for work purposes for over few days where you need the internet, then not recommended at all. Otherwise, great place to stay! We were there for 5 nights 6 days and had the worst experience with getting any work done. No solution was provided, they provide you 800 number to call and when you call them yo report, they don't even do anything. No go for next time!

Our stay here was very enjoyable. Every staff member was attentive, friendly super helpful. The property is so charming from the outside, and modern renovated from the inside. Very clean as well. The lake that houses the koi fish and swans is beautiful. The walk way court area that surrounds the lake is gorgeous peaceful. The room was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. In my son 's words the place has good vibes .. : We all enjoyed our stay very much. I don 't use the word family loosely (ever . So I mean it when I say the team here was so welcoming and nice they made us feel like family. The hotel is in close proximity to highway 99 so at times it can be a little noisy with the vehicle traffic depending on were your room is located. I recognize this is not something the hotel can control. Many thanks for such a pleasant stay!
