Burger King - Selma

Went threw the drive threw and all I heard was laughing and calling someone stupid

I can see why it's rated so low...Never has more than 3 customers, and completely unprofessional and inattentive staff! Their hiring process is also a complete joke! Hope this place goes under for their shoddy business practices! ?I said what I said.

Fries are the best anywhere. However service is the worst or second worst out of all BKs. Compared to other restaurants in Selma, it's the worst. It's a hard industry to work in. I couldn't do it so I give them kudos for even working there. But I'm still going to ask why is this place so ghetto? We come through the drive thru at 9:55. He says sorry we can't take orders right now. We are short staffed, the manager is on lunch until 10:30???? Maybe he was a trainee, poor guy. He did apologize off top. Since around August 2023 they haven't had ice cream. Every single time I ordered. I would order twice a month thinking of the were not going to fix it they should just say so rather than say it's down right now as if it's just right now it's that week. I gave up in December or January. I made the mistake of pissing off a manager or team lead and she called me some curse words. Like I said it's a hard industry to work in. I shouldn't fault them for their struggles, but I will.

Do you love to wait for “fast food”? Well you’re in luck. Come to Burger King in Selma where they pretend you’re not at the counter waiting to order. No line at drive thru while the dude in the back trying to flirt with the cashier and vice versa. Where’s the customer service at or even let me know they will be with me soon? The app doesn’t even work here to order on it so I’m not waiting like an idiot in line. So I guess they think I have all day to wait for mediocre food. The reason these places exist is for a quick bite. But they forgot the memo. Won’t be coming back ever.
