Hokkaido - SELARGIUS

I'm coming by for lunch with another person, we wanted to try the restaurant. The room is well furnished, very clean. At the entrance a waiter will take us to the table. Let's order something that represents the club to figure out what they do. A waitress brings us a drink. A flow comes after 10 minutes, a variety of sushi, mixed between cooked and raw in a plate, 5 pieces per head. To follow another course after 10 minutes, another sushi similar to the first in a dish, the following was oblivion. The waiter who took the ordination has disappeared, nothing needs to turn his gaze towards other waiters, they do not come, and they pass about 30 minutes. We stop a waitress, we ask him if we can have 1 ramen, announces and immediately brings us the ramen, which was not appreciated because it was too salty. In the while the room is filled, and in many begin to eat, different courses for every commensale, I counted 6 at the table in front of us, but I see that also in the other tables the dishes arrive fast and in great quantity. No waiter passes to our table for another 20 minutes, we stop for bully a waiter and we ask him dessert, does not speak Italian, like all the others of the rest, and shows the card of sweets, we order 1 dessert, also this did not like. I'm going to the cashier's account. It's been too long since my entrance, and we have to go. The account is made very small, you look at the table number and the account appears immediately, 50 euros. I look amazed who gives me the account, who does not speak a single word of Italian, and he notes my astonishment, calls a waitress, one of those who did not serve me and take away 4 euros telling me that they made me a discount. I say that in my opinion 50 euros for 3 courses is probably exaggerated, but the waitress continues with his opinion, that they were able to make me even the discount. I'm paying and I'm leaving. I understand that it happened that they did not consider at all that, of what I asked I was not brought anything but 2 courses, but I paid for the full service, perhaps the lack of the first waiter played a role? As a matter of fact what I paid seemed exaggerated, the fixed menu was 12 euros per head, although I did not ask for the fixed menu, 3 dishes seem a few. They won't see me anymore.

Ero un po' dubbioso dopo aver letto alcune recensioni negative che lamentavano la lentezza nel servizio. Posso dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Servizio velocissimo, locale moderno con cucina a vista, rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Per me è un SÌ.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante Hokkaido dopo soli 3 giorni dall'apertura. Il locale è fantastico!!! Elegante, pulito, con uno splendido stile orientale e luci soffuse. Il menu è ottimo, il cibo è freschissimo e i piatti sono così invitanti che ti saziano solo a guardarli: ho potuto gustare piatti nuovi e altri già conosciuti. Consiglio vivamente Hokkaido a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza culinaria unica in un'ambientazione raffinata ed elegante a un prezzo molto conveniente.

Devo dire che mi ha piacevolmente stupito...cibo ottimo ,ben preparato e presentato,tutto mto fresco...lo consiglio!

Non male... Sushi fresco e buono Sala grande, magari troppo scura ma pulita e in ordine.
