Chez Jerome - Seillans

We spent some time working in Seillans and had a lot of very good meals at Jerome's. He's a lovely host and does a few simple dishes really well. You can sit outside and either have a coffee, lunch or dinner. It's very informal and very good value for money.

An explosion of flavor in the mouth, a perfect mix of spices and a perfect control of cooking dishes. We were 4 and we were all delighted with our dishes and that from the entrance to dessert. I strongly advise you to book because very often complete.

Stop at Hugo's house during our visit to the village. With my two friends, we congratulated the leader. Fabulously delicious. If we lived near this village, we would eat there every day.
