El Redebal is down a side street from the main drag. It has a large sunlit inside and a terrace. The service is excellent with the owner and waiter both handling English well. The dishes are really innovative. Ine day I had the 19euro lunch segovian salad, duck knuckle and Greek yoghurt, and the next day I had to go back and had fried artichoke then puff pastry with suckling pig and mushrooms. El Redebal is different to all the other restaurants I went to in Segovia and I would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, also english speaking, actually we’ve heard other tables mostly foreign. the dishes are creative and perfectly prepared.
He tomado un canelón, que la bechamel parecía puré de patata de lo consistente de la masa. Después un cochinillo asado, medio sin hacer y la carne dura y seca. Después de esto he preferido no tomar postre. Me voy con mal sabor de boca d
