Taco Republic - Sechelt

Was very unorganized. Nachos and tacos were cold and soggy, cheese on the nacho's Weren't even melted on top. Too much sauce and not very much chips

You have to wonder if the owner has ever been to Mexico or anywhere that has a taco culture. I am rarely so critical but this place is just a waste of money and effort.

This is a pleasant enough place to have a quick bite of lunch, but I did not care for the taste of the burrito. I had the Chicken Burrito and found the chicken seemed very artificial. As well, the rice in the burrito was very short grained and I didn't like the seasoning. I love burritos but in this case I was very disappointed. Service at the counter was friendly and efficient.

Fresh and Tasty. Friendly staff good food hit the spot and lots of choice. Had pulled pork very flavorful loads of veggies. I picked Jalapeno salsa, but there were other salsas as well to pick from.

Do not eat here! I ordered the chicken lime no bowl burrito with spanish red rice, tomato salsa and sweet corn salsa. My husband ordered chicken lime burrito with lime cilantro rice, pineapple salsa and salsa verda. Both sound good, right? Both were horribly bland, tasteless and dry. I cannot believe the menu compared to the food. The rice tasted like Uncle Ben's. The chicken was white, salty, looked like subway chicken but more plain (no taste). The tomato salsa was tiny cut pieces of tomato (super dry) and the corn salsa was right out of the frozen corn bag. Not kidding. The lettuce tasted and looked like cheap, old, plastic bag salad. Waste of money. Please do not eat there. They ruined our take out, sit on the beach to eat dinner evening.
