Never had a problem with them and the food is always fresh and delicious! Their lo meins are out of this world, I usually have to add extra seasonings from other places but you can really taste the sauce in this one

Despite the negative ratings, I still decided to give this place a chance because it is only a few minutes away from me and often local Chinese restaurants have negative ratings but are still delicious. Heed the warnings on this one. I threw out an entire container of the chicken Szechuan as the chicken was soft and undercooked, and the chicken lo mein and chicken with broccoli orders were simply edible. Entirely disappointing and won't be ordering again.

Guy who answers phone very rude and rushy, gave me an attitude because I told him I wanted to pay with card.

The very worst customer service I ever experienced. They always get your order wrong over the phone but they never ever apologize for their mistake. they are also too rush rush over the phone. They need to learn manners if they want to have good reviews. They also have a child working there and she is by far the rudest of them all. I find the food here too greasy but tolerable at best. There is nothing at all special about this tiny place.
