Broken Egg Diner - Sebring

I had a fantastic birthday breakfast with some friends. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Although I never received my orange juice, the eggs were absolutely delicious, and the biscuits were perfectly made. I highly recommend this place to everyone in Sebring. As a regular customer, Ron really gets special treatment here. It's a fun place to eat, and the kitchen is large and clean!

Hidden local gem! It fills up quickly, but the food is served fast, in generous portions, and piping hot. I tried the Sebring Skillet (not included) and it was fantastic, with the sausage cooked just right. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning!

Jennifer was an attentive and knowledgeable server who truly understands breakfast. The sausage biscuit featured a buttery, delicate texture, and the gravy was generously seasoned with freshly cracked pepper and rich cream, without being overly salty. It couldn't have been better. The restaurant has a somewhat hidden entrance, accessed through a covered walkway and a courtyard behind other floors, making it well worth the journey on a Sunday morning.

A local favorite! No ruffles, but excellent service and delicious large portions for a low price. Fluffy pancake, not too heavy. One of the pancakes had a tiny part where it was not cooked, but also, very tasty. Cups were chipped and had logos on them, but everything was very clean.
