Contribuiți la feedbackThis was one of the best omakase experiences I've ever had. The chef truly understands fish and takes diners on a thoughtful journey, explaining how each piece was selected, aged, and prepared. Watching him prepare and plate the dishes is a mesmerizing experience. The atmosphere feels very intimate, almost like you’re having dinner at a friend's elegant home—provided that your friend has access to some of the finest fish available. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
Whenever I visit Seattle, I always make a reservation at this restaurant. I love the food and the service is fantastic. I will definitely be returning next year!
The sushi exceeded my expectations. I ordered the take-away omakase, and both the fish and rice were fantastic. This place is better than 95% of sushi restaurants in the USA.
The omakase here is a solid value at $40-50. The salmon was excellent, and the scallop was also top-notch. Unfortunately, the tuna didn't quite meet expectations. However, they do serve authentic wasabi, which is always a positive sign. I would definitely consider returning when they’re open for dinner so I can choose my dishes.
I had the best nigiri sushi I've ever tasted in the Pacific Northwest. I ordered it for pickup the next day, and it cost $40 for a great variety and generous portion. The restaurant is run by a Japanese sushi chef, and my interactions with the woman managing the front and my conversation with the chef in the back took me back to my days in Tokyo. At first, I thought the portion might be small, but it turned out to be just right. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rice was perfectly cooked and flavorful. That's all there is to say!
