3.5 for eating and 5 for service. my ninh hoa nem nuong was not served with ninh Hoa sauce, but goi Cuon sauce. hu tieu broth lack of taste of dry tint and dry garnels completely. but they are super friendly and attentive.

Nothing can truly beats your mom's cooking but authentic Vietnamese noodle soups are a lot of work.Bun rieu is probably my favorite Vietnamese noodle soup dish not many places make it well. Due to the amount of work it needs ingredients this dish has. I am happy to say I finally found a spot that makes it well enough for me to order again.Aside from the amazing service, will be coming back simply just for this dish and supporting this mom-and-pop shop that has been in Seattle since I was a little girl.

Thanh Vi has the good stuff. But don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. They take their time to make stuff right. It’s going to be good, you just gotta be patient. And definitely get a boba tea for the end of your culinary journey because that’s how you do it properly. If you’re not going to do it properly, then maybe consider doing just the boba tea and skipping to the good part.

If you love Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. I regret not taking photos because the food was so enticing that I couldn't resist diving in immediately. The crepe, wings, and fish sauce appetizer were outstanding. Our entrees were equally delicious. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant with their amazing waitress.

This restaurant has a reputation for being unreliable with their opening hours. Despite Google stating they were open until 10 pm, I arrived on a weekday before 7 pm to find the restaurant closed with no notification posted outside.
