Katsu Burger - Seattle

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the decor was stylish. The staff were warm and hospitable. My only complaint is the mandatory kiosk ordering system and service fee, which I found disappointing. I prefer to order from and tip real people for their service. I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

I used to be a big fan of Katsu Burger. The burgers were always delicious and unique. However, my recent experience with their new ordering kiosks left me extremely disappointed. Not only do you have to pay a "kiosk fee" to use them, but I was also told I had to order through the kiosk rather than with a human server. To make matters worse, you're then prompted to leave a tip as well. It was frustrating to have to order using the expensive kiosk, find my own seat, and even bus my own table. It made me question why I should even leave a tip in the first place. I'm upset that Katsu Burger has tarnished their own reputation by constantly adding extra charges for their customers. It's unfortunate to say goodbye to a once beloved restaurant.

The restaurant has a problematic ordering system, which is disappointing because the burger is delicious. I highly recommend walking up to the counter to order your meal instead of using the automated system. Overall, the food is impeccable with a 5 out of 5 rating.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch of Katsu Burger Sushi. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate, displaying unmistakable discriminatory behavior, which was deeply troubling to me and my partner.It's disheartening to see that many people have felt the same way, as indicated by numerous reviews from other people here, and it certainly reflects poorly on the management.I suggest that people consider other choices instead of visiting this place. There are undoubtedly other restaurants where one can enjoy a pleasant dining experience and receive the service and respect they deserve.

Insanely delicious. I had the chicken teriyaki with no onions add bacon pineapple and mushrooms. TEN OUTRA TEN BOIIIII! My boyfriend had the Ohayou Gozaimasu…. Oooooh weeee! Talk about flavor, about to put redmill out of business. Fries with salt highly recommend. Bomb.
