Kastoori Grill - Seattle

Food was just not good.very garlicky and salty and lacked good flavor. I order weed tandoori grill- all the meat was salty and way too over spiced . Very garlicky. Samosas- the filling was old and not tasty. Garlic naan- seriously way too garlicky. I am an Indian and eat Indian food all the time. This was one of the worst. Kept me up all night . Home smelled of garlic . Threw away more than 50 percent of food .

If you are craving for Nepalese style dumplings or Momo, this IS NOT the place. I didn’t try other food options here.

The lunch buffet are back, but wished it was $14 like before.

We were looking for a restaurant and stumbled on this place. It was almost empty, which is hard to find in such a touristy area. Got the lunch buffet and the food was good. The atmosphere was alright.

If you want to eat the worst possible version of Indian/Nepali cuisine, then this is the place to go. The most basic gravy you can order butter masala how is it possible to ruin it? It was a watery, oily mess with oil floating on top, and a ton of chilli powder added. God knows what recipe this is. This is the simplest dish to make and a universally popular dish and it was so badly done, we could not eat it. AWFUL! I felt terrible to waste food and money but I would end up with some health issues if I had eaten it. Have some pride in your food and profession! This was inedible. I tried to call you back to get talk to you about this but you were closed. Will return tomorrow to speak with in person.
