Junebaby - Seattle

Junebaby has been on our list for years, and we finally had the chance to visit! We ordered the Friday dinner special along with biscuits, and it was fantastic! The portions were generous, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

We had high expectations, and to our delight, they were exceeded. The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding.

This was my second visit, and I still really enjoy the food. However, the restaurant was a bit colder and louder than during my previous visit.

Each dish was absolutely amazing. Loved the staff and the look and feel of the restaurant.

Loved the greeting when we arrived and our server was friendly and knowledgeable! However, things started to fall apart as the evening progressed, Drinks and appetizers came out in a timely fashion but the serving of our main courses was not acceptable. Yes, we did order a extra main course item separate from our main order, but that dish came out very quickly and the rest of the orders did not come out. We finally asked our waiter what was going on and he said he'd check and never came back. Now the person who was served was almost done with his meal. We asked another person what was going on and he checked and came back and said because of the extra meal we ordered the kitchen got confused and the rest of our order would be out soon. Yes, our orders finally came out and they were good, but the long wait definitely interfered with our enjoyment! And if I could make a suggestion, someone, like the manager or the owner/chef, who was there, could have come to our table and made an apology. No one said a thing about the delay. A very disappointing experience.
