Flying Apron - Seattle

You must try this amazing bakery and cafe. All of their baked goods are delicious and sure to satisfy. I am a huge fan of their pizza, blueberry muffin, and cinnamon rolls. However, everything on their menu tastes wonderful. The coffee is also fantastic, with the Americano and espresso being especially smooth. The service is great, the dining area is clean and cozy, and the music is good. I will definitely be returning!

This restaurant at the junction offers gluten-free and plant-based options that are delicious. The lasagna is fantastic, the cinnamon rolls are moist, and the pizza crust is the thickest and heartiest gluten-free dough I have ever had. The coffee is well-made and a bit pricey, but they offer a variety of milk options. There is nothing bad to eat at this place. I am thrilled to have this gastronomic option in the heart of West Seattle, so I can enjoy it while shopping or hanging out at the junction.
