Fiasco - Seattle

My mother and I visited this restaurant for dinner to celebrate her birthday and we had an absolutely amazing experience! Our server, Luke, was outstanding - so attentive and friendly. I ordered the pepperoni pizza with Mama Lil's peppers and mushrooms, which was delicious and definitely recommended. My mom chose the cacio e pepe with added shrimp. She also ordered a side Caesar salad halfway through the meal, and although we received a full size instead of the small size by mistake, the server was very understanding and only charged us for the smaller portion.

The service was excellent and the pasta and pizza were delicious. The ambiance of Fiasco is very pleasant. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic. The appetizers were outstanding, and the pasta was delicious. The service was decent. We dined here tonight, and it was probably busier than usual due to the upcoming UW graduation (go dawgs!). We were seated promptly and received our drinks and appetizers quickly. We tried the olives and balsamic garlic, both of which were excellent. Our server appeared to be new and was not very familiar with the menu. When my significant other inquired about the "margarita of the moment," they were unable to provide information.

Fiasco lives up to its name. Sitting right in front of the register at the bar, it took them over 10 minutes to ask for a drink order (early in the evening). We ordered a cheese and meat appetizer The server admitted to not reading the specials or cheese options for the day, and we had to wait for her to go ask in back. Even after that we expected to get more information on the cheese selection than soft, medium and hard at an Italian resurant. The server was inattentive.

Fiascos ambiance is absolutely wonderful. Everything that came out of their kitchen looked fabulous. Our meals were delicious and the cocktail selection was great. I look forward to going back.
