Contribuiți la feedbackI tried the grilled chicken sandwich and the fish sandwich, both of which were delicious. I came back the next day specifically for the chicken sandwich and the staff mentioned they use organic chicken, which was a nice touch. Despite being a bit pricey, I think I'll be visiting this restaurant for my chicken and fish sandwich cravings from now on. Their orange creamsicle and strawberry shakes were excellent, and the tartar sauce was also very good.
There is no fish smell in this restaurant at all, despite some reviews suggesting otherwise. The service and atmosphere brightened up my rough day. The server was sweet, quick, and efficient, even offering to make a milkshake for me. The kitchen was fast and the burger toppings were well-balanced. This place has a classic, comforting, family-friendly vibe. If you appreciate a retro, cozy atmosphere, you'll love it here.
This restaurant has a long history and features some wonderful photos of Seattle's past. My favorite dish is the King Lou, which is perfect for feeding two people.
All American great burgers and fries. Great diner style burgers on the flattop grill all crispy on the outside but not dry or overcooked. The fries are kind of home style with the peel still on the ones from the very outside of the potato. The hostess/cashier/waitress was simply magnificent, and beautiful. I am entirely happy with this place. I hope to soon try the fish chips.
Pretty nice and retro. Definitely feels a bit dated, but it gives a unique ambiance. It's nice to see old places continuing to exist in these tough times. Food was pretty good I had the fish and chips. The bread was like a crisp crust, not the typical heavy oily breading like chicken wing. But it is not a light crust, so if that is what you prefer then you may not like it. Fish was really hot, and well cooked. It could have used a little more seasoning though. French fries are the old school style, nice and tasty but cool off quickly. Fry sauce was good almost like a cowboy sauce. And the tartar sauce was unique, a little sweeter than normal but still tangy. Food was pricey, but thems the times unfortunately. And the staff was very nice and friendly! Toilet paper was in the wrong configuration though....
