Baked From The Hart - Seattle

Seriously Mubarak bean pie and deserts I also had the banana pudding. Highly recommend and the brother has stories from the Heart as he’s been making bean pies for 50 years

I love the pies. I know this bakery because Bill Hart is my teacher's dad and he also works there

Randomly came across this gem and am I glad we decided to stop here. The pies and cheesecakes were delicious. I'd make the drive from Kent to get it again!

My husband purchased several cheesecake as an anniversary gift. The crust and outer sides were great we have tried 4 so far and the center is like pudding. So I am not sure if you are supposed to bake them more or they are supposed to be this way. I am sorry that he spent so much money and I am not impressed at all.

My boyfriend is from the south and complained that there weren’t any good southern food options in Seattle. I found Baked from the Hart and brought home his favorite (a pecan pie) for his bday. I’ve never seen him so happy! Bill is so talented and so kind! Will be coming here for a looooong time!
