Contribuiți la feedbackWe used the drive through. We were the only car and it still took longer than most places to receive our food. The food was good , service was poor to say the least. Sorry we interfered with your work shift and ordered food.
There were only two cars in line when I arrived, yet somehow it took 20 minutes to get through. My entire order was wrong. No sauce for the nuggets even though I asked twice. The complete opposite of what I asked for on the burger was left on. Ice in the drink when I asked for no ice. I definitely won't be back
I went through the drive-thru and arrived at the order box at 6:45. There was one car ahead of me in line. I was finally able to place my order for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger at 6:50. There was another car at the window, making it a total of three vehicles, including mine, waiting to pay and receive our orders. After a while, the first car finally got their food, and we were able to move forward. Meanwhile, the driver behind me still hadn't placed their order and was honking their horn to get the attention of the staff. To sum it up, I didn’t receive my food until 7:10. I can only imagine how they would handle a busy rush.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and when it was finally our turn to pay, I noticed the night crew laughing and joking with each other. When I mentioned the long wait time to them, they just blamed it on corporate.
The food was mediocre, and many drink options were out of stock. The manager, who was overseeing the register area, was not very pleasant to deal with. It seemed like a hassle for the customers, both before and after us. He appeared indifferent to our presence. At one point, a family accidentally picked up some trays from the counter, and when the manager returned from the back, he started yelling at them about returning the trays and questioned how they intended to get their food. Our child's meal was missing items, and when we brought it to his attention, he insisted that he had given us everything. We had to open all our bags to show him what we received. To make matters worse, there were flies swarming in the dining area. Personally, I won’t be returning to this location in the future.
