We were having a lot of issues with our water delivery service at my company and decided to make the switch to a freestanding filtration system instead. This is hands down the best decision we've made to improve our break room this year.Calvin, the Solutions Consultant that we worked with, was phenomenal. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about Agora's products. Working with new vendors can sometimes be frustrating due to their pushy, almost aggressive sales styles. Calvin was mindful of the sale, but not at the expense of the customer's experience and that's ultimately what made us go with Agora.We've had our new filtration system for a couple of weeks now and we absolutely LOVE it. I've had multiple employees make a point to seek me out and tell me how much they love it. We highly recommend working with Agora (and with Calvin! and are extremely satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

I just want to give a very grateful shout out to your Service Dept /Service Techs for always having our back when our machine goes down.In the past several months we have had to have the service techs out 3 or 4 times the response time is GREAT!I personally appreciate this as I’m the one facing all the disappointed faces when it is out of order. ? (I think we are spoiled now)This week we have many of our store leaders in software training here at corporate, so the pressure was really on even though you guys were short staffed they still got a tech out same day to fix the issues.Thank you again – we definitely made the right choice going with Agora!

Agora Refreshments services were recently brought on at the apartment community I work at. We got a water filtration system and Nespresso coffee machine. Both communication and installation from Agora was quick, efficient, and painless.If you're looking for similar service, then Agora is highly recommended.

Our office recently switched over to Agora and we couldn't be happier! We'd struggled with reliable maintenance and nonexistent communication from our previous Bevi vendor.Right off the bat, Calvin was so helpful walking us through options.
