Mcdonald's - Seaham

I visited the McDonald's at Dalton Park for dinner with my 2-year-old son on January 31st. My son is diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, and he became quite overwhelmed while we were waiting for our food at the counter. It was a challenging situation, and I was doing my best to manage him. A kind male staff member noticed our predicament and offered to bring my food and drinks to my car while I attended to my son. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me, and I truly appreciate it. I also want to thank him for reminding me that I left my car keys in the back door! It was excellent service from a wonderful team member. Thank you once again for your support during a stressful moment!

The table service exceeded my expectations in terms of speed, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
