The service was fairly good, thanks to the friendly lady at the register. The prices for the cakes are quite high, but they might be worth it; we didn't give them a try. We ordered two hot chocolates, but we weren't aware that there was an extra charge for cream and marshmallows. It can be a bit tricky to navigate the tables with a pram, and several people are occupying larger tables than necessary. On the plus side, they do offer free alternative milk options for those with dietary restrictions. We dined in.
