I live in the area, so I frequent Fridays pretty often. For the most part, it’s your typical dining experience. Nothing spectacular, but nothing horrible. However, two friends myself, and our children visited about a month ago, and had a terrible experience. The waitress refused to wait on us, and we had to seek her out multiple times during our visit in order to get drinks, refills, utensils, condiments, you name it. Sadly, she was very attentive to the table next to us, so I have no choice but to assume she had an issue with my table specifically. To top it off, she charged my friend, double what her meal cost which unfortunately was not discovered until two days later, when my friend looked at her bank account. Not sure what was up with that waitress and the service, but it left a bad enough taste in our mouth that we will more than likely drive to the Wilkes-Barre location in the future.
