Mcdonald's - Scranton

The staff here are incredibly kind, and the facility is spotless. The food was served fresh and hot! I will definitely return. I wish other places could take notes from this location on how to operate with pride, dignity, and a warm smile! This spot deserves a solid 5 stars—truly unmatched!

The drive-thru associate who works from 8 AM to 4 PM is consistently quick, friendly, and always gets my order right. I don't know her name, but just for identification, she is between 30 and 50 years old. She is fantastic!

This McDonald's was incredibly busy, with at least 15 cars in line. I noticed that only two people were working inside, and they were doing an outstanding job managing all that traffic by themselves. A couple of hours later, I drove by again and saw the same scene—so many cars with the workers still performing amazingly. I really wish I could have tipped them for their hard work!

They are very fast, The service was very good. Food was hot and fresh. I always give it the French Fry test and it passed with flying colors. Hot salty, and fresh. Thanks

There is a woman early in the morning that does drive thru, she is so amazing and so pleasant she literally brightens your whole day. You literally cannot drive away without a smile!
