Downtown Deli - Scranton

We came here at lunch time 2 days in a row. Good food, good atmosphere and good service. Wouldn't hesitate to go here!

Excellent bread and sandwiches. They had enough room for our large party of ten, very kind and thoughtful staff. Clean and bright.

This was the perfect breakfast spot for us. It has a nice atmosphere, with a clean feel, and a good variety of food options. We were only in town for the weekend, but I'm glad we stumbled across this place.

Went there on a weekday morning The pancakes are one of the worst we’ve had so far, the chicken soup was not even warm . The waitress not once came to check in only when she came back with the check .. Overall not going back for sure

Got the chicken parm on a baguette. The sandwich was $14. Quality was good. Only chips or macaroni salad for sides. A side salad was an additional $6. At the sandwich price point I’d expect something healthy for less of an upcharge. They pass the 3% CC processing fee to customers. At least post a sign indicating that you do this. Overall it’s pretty whelming. Go Scranton!
