Liberty - Scottsboro

Sorry we missed you today – about 5 minutes after two – but we tried. We ran late from a hospital scan. We often eat in Liberty, but breakfast is our favorite. The pane of land ham that none of us need) covers the plate and is perfectly cooked. Add the scrambled eggs, gravy and cookies, a little coffee and you have perfection! If you choose pancakes, you better just order one, unless you can block a bunch. They are extra large – one makes at least 3 in other restaurants. At noon my favorite is chicken and dressing. My husband always has the fried chicken. There are a variety of pages that are freshly prepared daily. The prices are not expensive and the owner and the workers are friendly and attentive. If you “below land cooking “ visit freedom. Try it – you will like it!

Everything is great here - service, eggs, bacon, grottos, omeletts, cookies, coffee nice managers checks us every time we are here! Waitresses are all super nice; Coffee never remains 1/2 full, and prices are unbeatable!

I counted breakfast too often here and it was always great! Best pancake money can buy, and their logger Omelet is amazing! Great staff, good service!
