Food was okay. I had a French Dip and the roast beef was very thick, and it kept falling off the bread. The fried taters were not as good as I had hoped. They were sliced too thick. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I’d like to preface this review by saying I NEVER leave reviews. But I felt it my civic duty to leave one today. While the staff is excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT, the food was some of the worst my family and I have ever eaten at a restaurant. The catfish was still raw, despite being sent back to be cooked again. Then the hush puppies were hard as a rock on the outside—uncooked and doughy on the inside. The pork on my potato was mushy and smoked with raw smoke. The brisket was only slightly better, but left the taste of a smoky ashtray in the mouth. The only things edible were the fried pickles and French fries. I can’t even begin to describe how abysmal the coleslaw was. My family of four spent $61 to leave half of our food on the table, and that’s saying something because we hate wasting food.
