Hardee's - Scottsboro

I wouldn 't normally rate Hardee 's as it 's a 'burger chain ' and basically the same everywhere. However, I felt moved to rate this one. The staff was all so friendly. The place was spotless. Parking lot and restroom were immaculate. Food was hot and fresh. Great job everyone.

When is the general manager available I have questions to ask in person

Went in for a #5(country fried steak biscuit) because I wasn’t in the mood for sausage today. Got told there’s no steak, hash rounds or orange juice… I was floored all they had was the biscuit…

My husband and I ordered food from the drive-thru and after we paid, the cashier came and offered us a cup of ice water while we waited. She was so friendly and nice and thats something we rarely see these days at fast food places. I believe other employees should take notes from this young lady! I didn't catch her name but I wish I had!

Asked for my burger to be cut in half, one half looked fine the other half looked like it was dropped and tossed back together.
