Contribuiți la feedbackFor an apple choir while cycling quite ok. Full of passionate service, the food was nothing special. My Wiener Schnitzel (Kalbfleisch) had a very own taste. Salad and Pommes were there. Nervig are the many motorcycles passing the terrace. I don't think we're going back.
Because most of the restaurants in the area had closed, it rather accidentally swallowed me into the hotel restaurant Sandplacken. The entrance from the parking lot (both the most used) was somewhat unusual, as you get past the toilets the impression of slipping through the back door into the locality. The greeting was friendly and I was asked if I would like to take a seat in the smoking or non-smoking local. I was in a non-smoking place. Some facilities (e.g. window frame panoramic windows) were clearly viewed as their age and a cozy atmosphere just didn't come up. My drink and food request was quickly received and served shortly afterwards. The taste of the food was OK, but I lacked fresh ingredients and herbs at the main dish, especially because the restaurant advertises on its website with excellent hospitality. There was nothing to remember at all, the restaurant made the impression of a resting place for bus tourists. Therefore also my conclusion: Suitable for hungry tourists on the journey, completely unsuitable for a cozy evening.
On the way to Feldberg, directly at the junction Kanonenstrasse/ Siegfriedstrasse. The large terrace goes towards Strasse. The owner takes care of the service, which is quickly reflected in quality. The atmosphere was inconvenient throughout the evening, friendly, service unobtrusive and always associated when a wish came up. There was no daily recommendation, but detailed explanations of the Romanian courts offered. The menu also offers European cuisine, a salad selection and steaks. The quality of the dishes served was excellent and everything was freshly prepared. Conclusion: Everyone was thrilled here and not for the last time. THE WORLD OF SANDPLACK LAW!
Generally, it was fortunate to us here after a Sunday hike in Taunus, and after that we found a totally loud and crowded restaurant at Feldberg, first no place. and then the look at the menu. The menu is rich, Romanian cuisine in the middle of the Taunus, I was amazed at.Using is very nice, came fast, drinks too.The food was very delicious (a drawer mici 20 pieces with pumice hot and juicy. The wine was very tasty, and the Dobos cake made in their own patisserie was the hit.Our conclusion: ALL FRISCH AND VERY LECKER!!! (I also don't understand some comma here, Romanian cuisine works without maggi, dyes and flavor enhancers. Other kitchen,.. other customs,.. other tastes.. who doesn't like to eat there, or at least don't give any negative comma. The restaurant was very well visited and we also like to come back. Operation is very nice, came fast, drinks too. The food was very delicious (a drawer mici 20 pieces with pumice hot and juicy. The wine was very tasty, and the Dobos cake made in their own patisserie was the hit. The ambience given when I saw 2 Asian women coming out, I thought it was the staff entrance. Along the toilets.. there might be something to think about that is not exactly beautiful. Cleanliness was ok, also at the toilets,...
Returning under the Feldberg between Oberursel and Schmitten, at the intersection towards Feldberg. The hotel restaurant (if you want to call it this has a large parking lot. The operators of the property with a restaurant are of Romanian origin and advertise with 'Balkan' or elevated gastronomic claims. We had ordered the 'Lamm Cevapcici ' (see like 'meat bars' and 'Puten Cevapcici ' with vegetables. The red wine was i.O. The food lasted quite a long time, the reason was obvious that a new cook had this 'stang' burned. They had to be fried again and also the 2nd time they were almost too long on the stove (smacked bitterly murdered. Sorry, from this visit we would not recommend the 'restaurant'.
