They didn't have to, but they did. They were so patient and helpful. I feel like you won't find the customer service anymore. I'm just very remarkable. ****!
Went in to return something and the service desk was closed without posted hours anywhere. I don't understand why the store is open, but customer service isn't? I asked and employees what the hours were and they didn't know. I called to ask the store and the phone rings about 5 minutes before I left.
I’m a little disappointed in the appearance in the store. When I visit I see things on the floors, trash etc and when I try calling the store no one answers. A recording gives made choices to choose departments but no one answers the phones in the department which is very frustrating. What if someone was trying to reach someone who worked there for an emergency and I can’t get through because no one wants to answer their phones. I sat here for four minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone and no one would answer very discouraging. The Walmart in Biddeford is much better in appearance and answering their phones but I only go to Scarborough one because it’s on my way home which is easier for me.
Store is more than 50% empty. When you complain the standard answer is we can only stock what corporate tells us on our hand holds devices . We can not open more checkouts, corporate tells us how many registers to have open . Use the self checkout .On top of all the excuses their pricing is no longer comparable to neighboring stores. There is a reason they no longer have the signage always low prices , they can be 30-50% more than the other chain grocers in the area.DON 'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Some shelf's not stocked. Clean and busy.Always a good bargain on prices. Lots of help in aisles to give assistance
